Connected the ERP to Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop through their developer APIs as the company's registered developer: hourly catalog sync into Platform Listings, a single Platform Control page that pushes price and stock to all three marketplaces, order-status following every few minutes, automatic shipment arrangement once the packer scans an order, cancellations from the ERP, actual platform fees from settlement statements, sales-invoice upload to Shopee orders for e-invoicing, daily TikTok ad cost, and TikTok video drafts from the content team.
Built and run K-Pick ERP-lite in production: a Python, FastAPI and PostgreSQL platform with 301 API routes, 63 schema migrations, 65 database tables and 201 test files, validated in parallel with the company's official records.
Designed audit-oriented controls: an append-only stock ledger, FEFO allocation with lineage, unit conversion, marketplace SKU mapping with a deterministic matcher, duplicate prevention, reversible returns with condition and expiry, and server-enforced roles.
Shipped an accounting module for a BIR Computerized Accounting System application: gapless serialized sales invoices, the six-document set, double-entry books with a database-level balance constraint, landed costing, marketplace receipt reconciliation, and a trigger-enforced append-only audit log.
Built the Shopee Dispatch Display System, a Node.js, Express and Socket.IO board that synchronizes office and packing teams for Shopee Instant orders with staged statuses, audio alerts and persistent state.
Developed KORA, an AI staff member in Telegram with 17 commands and 23 scheduled jobs: production and stock checks on the warehouse floor, order lookup and error logging, per-platform SLA answers, daily operations reports, and bounded on-premise AI answers with system authority kept in verified application data.
Building K-PICK HRIS, a standalone Philippine HR, timekeeping and payroll system (FastAPI, React, 188 endpoints) with statutory tables and role-scoped pay visibility.
